Initial consultations (either virtual or in clinic) are 90 minutes long and will involve: - Discussing your entire medical history, from birth to date, including your main health aims/current issues - Review of all the main bodily systems to check for imbalances elsewhere - Discussion around recent scans, blood, urine or other functional test results - Current diet, movement, supplement and medication review - Iridology and tongue analysis plus blood pressure check (Worthing clinic consultations only, as necessary) -Unless you have booked a three or six month package, all herbal medicines, supplements and functional testing are charged separately

After your consultation I can draw up a bespoke treatment plan which will include: Personalised dietary and lifestyle advice to suit your work-life balance, budget and tastes. A bespoke herbal prescription based on your unique physical, mental and emotional needs. A list of foods to include, foods to avoid, supplements to stop, supplements to start and when best to take them (new supplements available at additional cost). Further recommendations for testing are will be discussed at the end of your session, such as blood, urine, food intolerance and/or genetic panels. These are also at an additional cost. Additional support is often provided, as necessary in the form of free-from guides, nutrient-specific PDFs and even a tailored to you treatment plan tick box sheet can be provided to help you get and stay on track. Frequently there will be reading and/or podcast recommendations too-whilst these are optional, patient education is very important to me. Naturopaths are teachers as well as therapists and learning how your body works and what best fuels it, is always time well spent As a guide, most adults are prescribed 4 weeks worth of herbal tincture / 6 weeks worth of capsules after their initial consultation which are charged at £57/440mls tincture, or £52/300 unit jar of herbal capsules. These are sent to your home or work address via Royal Mail or courier, by myself or my third party dispensary service.

Virtual consultations are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12pm-6pm and take place via GoogleMeets. You simply clinic on the meeting link and hit the 'join now' button at your consultation start time. No Gmail account is required or any special software. If you wish to have a virtual consultation outside of these times, please email me directly on info@rachelboon.co.uk and I will do my best to accommodate you on a Wednesday evening.
